Job description

Develop and maintain 3D BIM models (MEP / Architectural / Structural) in Revit.

Coordinate BIM models across disciplines and ensure clash detection resolution.

Generate construction and fabrication drawings from BIM models.

Ensure all models and drawings comply with company and client standards.

Assist project teams during planning and execution using BIM workflows.

Prepare BIM documentation, reports, and model-based quantity take-offs.

Collaborate closely with project engineers, site supervisors, and consultants.

Update BIM models based on site conditions (as-built modeling).

Attend coordination meetings and contribute to technical discussions.

Support digital transformation initiatives and BIM best practices.
